KBM Collective, LLC ("KBM Collective," "we," "us," or "our") operates the KBM Connect mobile application (the "App"), designed for event attendees, vendors, and organizers to manage conference agendas, track meetings, locate sessions, and facilitate scheduled business meetings.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the App.

Event organizers may provide us with your registration information — including your name, email, company, title, and event-specific details — in order to pre-populate your account and agenda within the App.
As a condition of event participation, attendees may be required to attend certain business meetings with event vendors and sponsors. We share your name, email address, company information, professional interests, and any meeting notes generated during these meetings with the applicable vendors and sponsors. This data sharing is a fundamental part of the event experience. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to this sharing.

The App collects precise location data using GPS technology and/or Bluetooth beacons deployed at event venues. This data is used to help you navigate event spaces, find session locations, and receive location-relevant notifications.
Location data is collected only while you are actively using the App at an event venue, unless you have granted background location permissions. You may disable location services through your device settings at any time; however, doing so may limit certain features of the App.
We may send you push notifications related to event schedules, session reminders, meeting alerts, and other event-related information. You may opt out of push notifications at any time by adjusting your device settings or notification preferences within the App.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services and to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Information shared with vendors and sponsors in connection with required business meetings becomes subject to those third parties' own privacy policies once shared.
Photographs and images uploaded through the App will be stored on our servers for 7 days following the conclusion of the event. At the end of this period, event organizers will be provided access to a complete photo book for 30 days, during which they may download and save event photographs.
After the 30-day access period expires, all photographs and images will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. KBM Collective shall have no obligation to retain, recover, or restore any photographs after deletion. Users are solely responsible for contacting event organizers to download and preserve any photographs they wish to retain.

The App is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
